Small but bright

This lighting kit comes with everything you need. The wire length between the plug and the first light as well as the length between lights was good. I was able to position these in the appropriate spaces without worrying about the wire being to short. It also comes with ground stakes and a remote control (batteries are not included). The remote allows you to select many color options/patterns and brightness levels. You can also control the color options/patterns from a button on the transformer. Another great feature is the wire between the plug and transformer uses twist on connectors to allow the wire to disconnected to be fed through small holes. I untwisted the one end closest to the power plug and then could easy route this back into my garage through an existing hole where my irrigation wires enter.

My first impression of these solar lights after opening the package was the look of them; they had a nice grayish, almost brushed look on the stainless steel base. The casing of the bulb and solar panel was also nice, and even though they do feel cheap when putting them apart, they were still aesthetic from a distance. It was very easy to assemble them, as all you need to do is put the base on the bulb/panel assembly and then install the spike, which took around 10 minutes for all 8 of them. The brightness of the bulbs is surprisingly nice as it does light up quite a lot of our small garden; however, the battery only really lasts around 4-6 hours once the sun has gone down. Overall, I would recommend these solar lights as they work great, look great, and for the price, are hard to beat even from other vendors online or in a store.
