At Brightet, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy. You have 10 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request. All returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days of your return authorization to be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any included promotional items. The product must be returned in the same condition and box as originally delivered. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully check all product details, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order to avoid unnecessary returns or refunds. Please ensure that your order is correct and compliant with your needs prior to purchase.

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team via the Contact Us form or live chat on our website within the 10-day period. Returns submitted after this window will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items, customized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

Brightet reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
