2-Pack 31.5" Outdoor LED Wall Lights, Black

I love these wall lights, not only because they are modern, stylish and very elegant, but also because they are super bright and the light color is not warm or yellowish, it is pure white, which i like a lot. Getting them installed is very simple and straightforward, given the case that you already have the power boxes in your wall and you're simply replacing some old lamps for these. I wish they would come in a 3 pack option, as my house has 3 boxes on the fron wall where these lamps go. So i had to buy asecond pair to only use one of them, but now i have a spare one just in case. For the price, quality and elegance, these cannot be beat!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the modern look of the lights … they have a fragile plastic feel … and don’t give the same installed as in the picture .. I wish I would have gotten a larger size

I was a little unsure of the wiring requirement since that isn’t clearly stated on the product page and Rufus gave me conflicting information. These are very definitely direct wire and accept an input AC voltage between 85 and 265VAC. I will add that the pre-tinned wire pigtails for connection to AC power are very short (see photo). It may be necessary to cut the cable jacket to get a little more wire to work with. These will require installation over an existing electrical box or professional installation by an electrician.The finish of the acrylic with its stark black surrounding fixture is quite attractive. Light output is very bright white light, and I am not doubting the stated 2400 lumen light output. They present a very clean, modern, streamlined look. These are labeled as the 6000K color temperature version, but in my opinion, they are more of a cool white , with less of the blue appearance.I would have given these a 5-star rating if the casing had been made out of aluminum to prevent eventual rusting in the elements, but the outer case if made of steel. I was hoping for weatherproof aluminum since the product page mentions it is constructed of aluminum and steel. In my observations, I didn’t find any outward evidence of aluminum. I’m worried that water spray from main on the house may cause the steel housing to rust, but only time will tell that story. Despite that, they’re really great modern lights that can bring your house into the 21st century.
