I'm giving this light 5 stars because they are pretty and easy to install. However, look over the dimensions before buying. They're definitely smaller than expected and not as bright for the area as hoped. Not the sellers fault as it's listed on the item description. I should've bought a light bigger and more substantial for the area intended. All in all, I still recommend this light.
I got a set of two and only intended to use one in a water closet. I adore the look of these in the picture, but unfortunately didn't realize until hanging that there's no way to get the full side view because of how tiny the room is. All I can do is look up at it. My fault entirely.The setup was very simple. I had it installed in 20 minutes, so with the extra time I even decided to get some painting done while I was up there! This comes with a great little terminal box to screw the wires in place rather than using wire caps. I was initially worried that these wouldn't provide enough light and it would block it on the sides, but that isn't at all the case. The light shines brightly through and below- no tunnel effect at all.Hopefully I come up with a way to use the second one so that I can admire the look. Simple and beautiful- highly recommend!!
These are pretty, neutral light fixtures with a bit of personality made of a nice ceramic shade and brass attachments. The price is good for two UL-certified fixtures. They are fairly small so they're good for a hallway or entryway but I think they would look silly as the sole fixture in a room.
